Ingredients Needed
Here’s what you need to know about the ingredients in this recipe to make the dish successfully. You can go to the recipe card at the bottom to get the exact amounts:
- Chicken Thighs: I’m using raw boneless and skinless chicken that I cut into bite-sized pieces
- Spicy Jerk Seasoning: as I mentioned in Jerk Chicken Thighs and Air Fryer Jerk Chicken Wings, this is my favorite jerk seasoning. No need to marinate the meat and perfect as a dry rub on a variety of proteins.
- Smoked Paprika: this adds a bit more smokey flavor
- Bell peppers: I sliced these into strips
- Red Onions: I sliced these into strips
- Avocado Oil: this is my favorite neutral tasting oil. You can also substitute olive oil or another oil blend, depending on what you have on hand
- Flour Tortillas: I get the burrito size wraps.
Sweet & Spicy Sauce
- Honey: any honey that you have on hand will work
- Sriracha Sauce: this is a prepared sauce that includes garlic and other spices.
- Lime Juice: I’m using bottled lime juice.
Wrap Toppings
- Creamy Coleslaw: I get this from the deli section at the grocery store when I don’t want to make coleslaw from scratch. It adds a bit of creaminess and a crunchy fresh texture.
