Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
Add the chicken, vegetables, spices, and avocado oil to a large bowl. Use tongs and mix to incorporate.
Add the chicken and vegetables to your air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Flip the meat to help it cook evenly. Air fry at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes more to cook the meat through.
Whisk the sweet & spicy sauce ingredients in a small bow. Set aside.
Heat/warm the burrito wraps for 10-15 seconds so that they are easily able to be rolled. You can do this by covering a few with a damp paper towel and heating them in the microwave.
Make the wraps: layer the chicken and vegetables, coleslaw, and 1-2 tablespoons of the sweet & spicy sauce and roll the wrap.
Serve additional sauce on the side in a dipping cup.
