1 lb ground chicken 93% lean ground chicken (works best with the highest fat content available) 2 tbsp avocado oil 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 cup grated parmesan I get this from the refrigerated section of the market 25 oz marinara sauce ½ lb spaghetti noodles cooked
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet to medium heat.
Add the ground chicken and seasoning. Use a spatula to incorporate the spices and crumble/brown the meat (about 6 min)
Turn the heat to low and add all of the marinara sauce. Stir to combine. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add Parmesan and stir to combine.
Serve the meat sauce over cooked pasta & enjoy.
