Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken 93% lean ground chicken (works best with the highest fat content available)
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan I get this from the refrigerated section of the market
  • 25 oz marinara sauce
  • ½ lb spaghetti noodles cooked

Instructions
 

  • Heat avocado oil in a large skillet to medium heat.
  • Add the ground chicken and seasoning. Use a spatula to incorporate the spices and crumble/brown the meat (about 6 min)
  • Turn the heat to low and add all of the marinara sauce. Stir to combine. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add Parmesan and stir to combine.
  • Serve the meat sauce over cooked pasta & enjoy.
