This Bowtie Pasta Salad recipe with a homemade vinaigrette, fresh crisp vegetables, and cooked pasta is the perfect summer pasta salad side dish. Make it in less than 10 minutes.
1.5cupscucumberquartered and sliced thinly (about 1 large cucumber)
1/2cupred onionssliced thinly
1/2cupparmesan cheesegrated, I get this from the refrigerated section in the market
½cupfeta cheese crumbles
Old Bay Vinaigrette
1/3cupapple cider vinegar
1/2cupolive oil
3tspOld Bay Seasoning
1tbsphoney
Instructions
Add the vinaigrette ingredients to a mixing bowl and use a whisk to combine.
Add the pasta, vegetables, parmesan cheese to a large bowl and mix to combine.
Pour on the vinaigrette.
Stir to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to give the flavors a chance to meld. In my house, sometimes, this salad doesn't make it for 2 hours. But, it ok to serve immediately.
