Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Wings I prefer whole chicken wings, but you could also separate the wings
  • 1/4 tsp Natural Ancient Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • Cooking Spray avocado oil or olive oil cooking spray or use about 2 tbsp of avocado oil or olive oil from the bottle

Instructions

  • Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and pat them dry with a paper towel. Removing as much moisture as possible helps the chicken wings to have a crispy skin.
  • Mix the sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and baking powder in a small bowl or ramekin.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on the wings and toss to coat (getting the wings evenly coated and using most of the spice mix helps them to get crispy)
  • Place the wings in a single layer in your air fryer cooking basket.
  • Spray the wings with cooking spray (a light coating) or drizzle over the oil.
  • Air fry the wings at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes per side.
