Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb Chicken Breasts about 3 chicken breasts
  • 1.5 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Natural Ancient Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the spices in a small bowl (so that they get incorporated evenly) and sprinkle them all over the chicken breast.
  • Heat avocado oil in a cast iron skillet on medium heat (about 2 minutes)
  • Cook the chicken breast for 4-5 minutes per side, or until your chicken breast reaches 160 degrees (it’ll continue to cook to 165 degrees as it rests)
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into it.
  • Top the chicken breast with any of the garnishes and a squeeze of lemon.
