- 1.5 lb Chicken Breasts about 3 chicken breasts
- 1.5 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 3/4 tsp Natural Ancient Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
Mix all of the spices in a small bowl (so that they get incorporated evenly) and sprinkle them all over the chicken breast.
Heat avocado oil in a cast iron skillet on medium heat (about 2 minutes)
Cook the chicken breast for 4-5 minutes per side, or until your chicken breast reaches 160 degrees (it’ll continue to cook to 165 degrees as it rests)
Remove the skillet from the heat and allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into it.
Top the chicken breast with any of the garnishes and a squeeze of lemon.
