Air fry the chicken breasts at 400 for 6-8 minutes per side (depending on how large they are).

Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Cut the breast or tenders into thin slices and return it to the sauce.

Heat a large cast iron pan for 2-3 minutes, add the taco shells 2-3 at a time, and heat for 30-45 seconds per side.

For each taco, add 1-2 large spoonfuls of blue cheese dressing, chicken with some hot sauce, a generous amount of lettuce, more blue cheese, and cilantro.

Alternative for flour tortillas: You can use corn tortillas or hard taco shells.
